Axos Research Inc supplies research materials to verified institutional purchasers conducting laboratory research. Nothing on this site is supplied for human or veterinary use, and we do not provide dosing, administration, or treatment guidance of any kind.
This policy explains who Axos Research Inc ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") supplies research materials to, what each purchaser must provide and confirm before an order can be completed, and the circumstances in which we review or decline an order. It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms & Conditions, our Institutional Access Policy, and our Research Use Disclaimer.
It is written to be read by purchasers, and to be read by the banks, payment providers, and regulators who ask us to state plainly who our customers are.
Section 1
Our products are compounds and reference materials intended for in-vitro laboratory research, analytical work, method development, and institutional research. They are supplied to purchasers who have a genuine research purpose and the competence and facilities to handle laboratory chemicals safely.
Access to the catalogue and to payment is restricted to approved institutional accounts. Registration is limited to verified institutional email addresses, and an account must be approved before any product or price is visible. The verification standard, and what an approved account permits, are set out in full in our Institutional Access Policy.
These materials are not supplied to, and must not be purchased by, anyone intending to administer them to a human or an animal, to resell them for that purpose, or to use them for any clinical, therapeutic, diagnostic, cosmetic, dietary, or personal purpose. That restriction is absolute and applies regardless of the purchaser's own qualifications.
There is no consumer storefront, no guest checkout, and no route by which an unverified visitor can place an order.
Section 2
An order cannot be completed on this site until the purchaser has supplied the following information and given both acknowledgements below. These are requirements, not optional fields, and the payment step is unavailable until they are satisfied.
Two separate confirmations must be given affirmatively. Neither is pre-selected on your behalf, and neither can be skipped:
Each acknowledgement is recorded against your order together with the IP address it was given from, the date and time, and the version of the terms accepted. We retain that record as evidence of the basis on which the order was supplied, and may produce it in response to a regulatory enquiry, a payment dispute, or a request from our payment providers.
Why we capture this
These are verification requirements, not marketing fields. They establish that the purchaser is an identifiable institutional buyer with a stated research purpose, and they produce a durable record of the representations the supply was made on. Nothing captured here is used for advertising.
Section 3
As stated in our Terms & Conditions, Axos Research may accept or decline any order at its discretion. An order placed and paid for is an offer to purchase; it is not accepted until we confirm it.
We will not knowingly supply materials where the information available to us indicates a prohibited use. The following are treated as grounds to hold, decline, or cancel an order, and to decline future orders:
Where an order is declined, payment is not captured or is refunded in full. We may contact you first if the matter is capable of being resolved. We are not obliged to explain a refusal in detail, and declining an order is not an accusation of wrongdoing — it reflects that we could not satisfy ourselves the supply was consistent with this policy.
